I&C OF THE NORMAL OPERATION SYSTEM FOR THE TURBINE DIVISION TO THE EXTENT OF THE CONTROL AND MEASUREMENT INSTRUMENTATION SUBSYSTEM HAS BEEN PUT INTO COMMERCIAL OPERATION AT ZNPP-2

In May 2015, the instrumentation and control system of the normal operation system for the turbine division (I&C of NOCS for TO) to the extent of the control and measurement instrumentation (KIP) subsystem was put into commercial operation at ZNPP-2.

During the outage, the following was performed by personnel of the thermal instrumentation & control shop, PJSC “EYuM-10”, PJSC “SRPA “Impulse” and “Microdata” Ltd.:

• dismantling of KIP equipment of NOCS for TO;
• dismantling of equipment of the generator monitoring and diagnostics system;
• dismantling of “Sapphir” measuring transducers;
• installation of equipment of I&C of NOCS for TO;
• installation of “Saphir” pressure sensors;
• installation, check and connection of control cables and power cables for NOCS for TO;
• laying and connection of a fiber-optic cable;
• autonomous check of I&C of NOCS for TO;
• complex debugging of dataware for information input and processing functions from I&C of NOCS for TO to the upper level of the control computer system;
• check of measuring channels of I&C of NOCS for TO;
• metrological certification of measuring channels of I&C of NOCS for TO;
• acceptance testing of equipment of I&C of NOCS for TO (to the extent of the KIP subsystem);
• unplanned instruction of operating personnel.

The specialized sub-commission has taken a positive decision on putting I&C of NOCS for TO to the extent of KIP for TO into commercial operation at unit №2 without remarks.
