MPC-U COMPUTER BASED INTERLOCKING HAS BEEN PUT INTO CONSTANT OPERATION AT THE DUBOVO STATION

In May 2015, the MPC-U computer based interlocking developed and manufactured at PJSC “SRPA “Impulse” was put into constant operation at the Dubovo Railway Station located in Kharkiv region. Obsolete electric interlocking equipment was completely replaced by the computer based interlocking.

The project was developed and the construction and mounting work was done by SPA “Transautomatic”.

MPC-U – a hardware and software system designated to produce computer based interlockings of points and signals of railway stations. MPC-U (as a modern alternative of relay based electric interlocking systems operated at railways) assures significant increase in safety and reliability of train movement control at railway stations with different scope of train operation, including high-speed areas.
